Hello! This is sharehome wiz.u.
We manage two sharehouses in Tokyo, Higashi-yotsugi and Zoshigaya.

I myself have studied abroad in other countries and moved to Tokyo from my hometown Osaka,
and I had a hard time making friends while I was studying abroad and I didn't know who to turn to when I had problems.
I also lived in a sharehouse owned by another......more company.
Before moving in, I was worried about whether I would fit in,
and even after moving in, I moved from sharehouse to sharehouse many times in search of new stimulation and a change in environment.

I went through the same experience as you who are reading this right now
so I'm working to create a sharehouse where anyone can move in and live safely and comfortably.

Since its official opening in January 2020, we have been focusing on shaping the concept of "sharehome wiz.u".

Today, it has been about 3 years since our house was born,
and the theme for the future is "a place where you feel love."

The theme of "love" seems simple, but we feel it is difficult to truly love oneself or someone else.

We, as a family of sharehome wiz.u, want to take interest in each other, care about each other, and respect each other.
When necessary, we take each other's hand, encourage and support each other.

Can only live for short periods of time. Difficult to obtain a visa. Looking for a job or changing jobs. Do not speak Japanese.
Feeling lonely because of knowing no one in Tokyo. Each person is in a different situation.
We would like to understand and support each person's situation with love.

We would like to fill our house with a lot of love-oriented communications.

In the future, we would like to create a culture in which we treat the house itself and its environment with love.
We would also like to contribute to the health and growth of residents.

We believe that being healthy mentally and phisically, valuing connections with people,
and growing little by little day by day will lead to happiness for residents.
