This share house looks old and the room is narrow but we renovated the room and the rent is reasonable for the location. It is close to the centre of Kokura main town.

You can reach Kokura station mostly by walking along the shopping mall with the roof.
You can start living as short as for 3 months. Even shorter is negotiable.
Most of the inhabitants are Japanese but sometimes overseas stays. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
