Hello! Our company, OS LTD (Head office: Osaka City), handles mainly real estate business, such as office building rentals and buying and selling of propertie...mores. We also extend our professional knowledge to entertainment and service field as well, mainly in the movie theater operation. We focus mainly in bringing businesses to our local areas, such as Nanki Shirahama in Wakayama Prefecture and Kobe in Hyogo Prefecture.
Recently, we started a Share House business, utilizing vacant homes in Nanki Shirahama area. With overwhelming problems of vacant homes, we are aggressively working with local government and organizations to match those who need a place to stay and vacant homes that desperately needs a tenant.
